Automatic renewal, stated plainly. Personal and Family are subscriptions. Unless you cancel first, the card you used will be charged again at the same price at the end of each billing period, and you will get a reminder email seven days before an annual renewal. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd acting as merchant of record. Your card statement will show TIDEWELL* SOFTWARE, so the charge is easy to recognise. We never see or store your full card number.

No. The rate you sign up at is the rate you renew at for as long as the subscription stays active. If we ever change list pricing, existing subscribers keep their original rate. Any change that did affect you would be emailed at least 30 days in advance, with a link to cancel first.

Yes, and you do not need to contact us. Deactivate from the old Mac in Tidewell → Licence, or release the seat from your account page if the old machine is already gone. Activations can be moved as often as you like.
